1. A Kind Girl 👧

Once upon a time, there lived a sweet girl

named Cinderella. She had golden hair

and the kindest heart in all the land.

She lived with her dear father in a big house.

Her mother had gone to heaven

when Cinderella was just a baby.

One day, her father married a new wife.

This woman had two daughters of her own.

They all moved into the big house together.

At first, Cinderella was happy

to have a new mother and two sisters.

She hoped they would be a loving family.

But soon, something very sad happened.

Cinderella's father became sick and died.

Now poor Cinderella was all alone

with her stepmother and stepsisters.

Without her father to protect her,

everything in her life changed.

2. A Life of Chores 🧹

Her stepmother showed her true colors.

She was not kind to Cinderella at all.

The two stepsisters were just as mean.

They treated Cinderella like a servant,

not like a sister or daughter.

The big house felt cold and lonely.

Every morning, Cinderella woke up early.

She had to clean all the floors.

She had to wash piles of dirty dishes.

She cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

She scrubbed clothes until her hands hurt.

The work never seemed to end.

Her stepsisters wore beautiful silk dresses.

They had shiny shoes and pretty ribbons.

But Cinderella wore old, patched clothes.

She was always covered in dust and ashes

from cleaning the fireplace.

That's why they called her "Cinderella."

Despite all the mean things they did,

Cinderella never lost her gentle heart.

She sang sweet songs while she worked.

She was kind to the mice in the kitchen.

She smiled at the birds outside her window.

Love lived on in her heart.

3. The Royal Invitation 💌

One sunny morning, a trumpet sounded outside.

A royal messenger knocked on their door.

He wore the king's colors and carried

a golden scroll tied with a silk ribbon.

"I bring news from the palace!"

he announced in a loud, important voice.

"The Prince is hosting a grand ball!"

the messenger read from his scroll.

"Every young lady in the kingdom is invited.

The Prince wishes to choose a bride.

The ball will be in three days' time.

Wear your finest gowns!"

The stepsisters squealed with excitement.

They danced around the room, imagining

themselves dancing with the handsome Prince.

"We must have the most beautiful dresses!"

they cried. "The Prince will surely

choose one of us to be his bride!"

Cinderella's heart fluttered with hope.

She had never been to a ball before.

How wonderful it would be to wear

a pretty dress and dance to beautiful music!

She could almost see the palace ballroom

sparkling with a thousand candles.

4. Dreams and Tears 😢

For three days, the house was in chaos.

The stepsisters bought expensive dresses

made of satin and covered in lace.

They bought new shoes with silver buckles.

They ordered special creams for their faces

and perfumes that cost more than gold.

Cinderella helped them prepare everything.

She curled their hair into fancy styles.

She ironed their dresses until they were perfect.

She polished their shoes until they gleamed.

All the while, she dreamed of going too.

Maybe, just maybe, they would let her.

Finally, Cinderella gathered her courage.

"Stepmother, may I go to the ball too?"

she asked in her sweetest voice.

Her stepsisters burst out laughing.

"You? At the royal ball?" they mocked.

"Look at your rags!"

"You belong in the kitchen, not the palace,"

her stepmother said coldly.

"Someone must stay home and clean.

That someone is you, Cinderella.

Now help your sisters finish getting ready.

The carriage will be here soon."

5. Magic in the Garden

The carriage rolled away into the night,

leaving Cinderella all alone.

She ran to the garden and sat on a bench,

tears streaming down her face.

"I wish I could go to the ball,"

she whispered to the stars above.

Suddenly, the air began to sparkle!

A warm, golden light filled the garden.

A kind woman appeared before her,

holding a star-tipped wand.

She had silver hair and twinkling eyes,

and she smiled like sunshine.

"Don't cry, my dear child," said the woman.

"I am your Fairy Godmother.

I've been watching over you all these years.

Tonight, your kindness will be rewarded.

You shall go to the ball!"

She raised her magical wand high.

"But I have nothing to wear,"

Cinderella said sadly, looking down

at her patched and faded dress.

The Fairy Godmother just laughed,

a sound like tinkling bells.

"Leave that to me, my dear!"

6. A Magical Transformation 🎃

The Fairy Godmother waved her wand.

Silver sparkles swirled around Cinderella.

Her old dress transformed into a gown

of the softest blue silk, like the sky.

It shimmered with tiny silver stars

that seemed to dance in the moonlight.

"Now for your feet," said the Fairy Godmother.

With another wave of her wand,

Cinderella's worn shoes became

delicate slippers made of pure glass.

They fit perfectly and sparkled

like diamonds in the garden light.

"But how will I get to the palace?"

asked Cinderella, hardly believing her eyes.

The Fairy Godmother pointed to a pumpkin.

"Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!" she sang.

The pumpkin grew and grew until

it became a golden carriage!

She turned six mice into white horses.

A rat became a jolly coachman.

Six lizards turned into footmen

dressed in silver uniforms.

Everything sparkled with magic dust.

Cinderella had never seen anything so wonderful!

7. The Midnight Warning

"Now, my dear, you're ready for the ball!"

said the Fairy Godmother proudly.

But then her face grew serious.

"Listen carefully to my warning.

This magic will only last until midnight.

You must leave before the clock strikes twelve!"

"When the clock begins to chime twelve,

everything will change back.

Your dress will become rags again.

Your carriage will turn back into a pumpkin.

Promise me you'll leave before midnight!"

The Fairy Godmother looked worried.

"I promise," said Cinderella,

her eyes shining with happiness.

"Thank you, Fairy Godmother!

This is the most wonderful gift

anyone has ever given me."

She hugged her Fairy Godmother tight.

Cinderella climbed into the golden carriage.

The white horses pranced and neighed,

eager to carry her to the palace.

As they rolled away, the Fairy Godmother

called out one more time:

"Remember! Before midnight!"

8. At the Royal Ball 💃

The palace was more beautiful

than Cinderella had ever imagined.

Crystal chandeliers hung from the ceiling,

casting rainbows on the walls.

Musicians played the sweetest melodies.

Ladies and gentlemen danced gracefully.

When Cinderella entered the ballroom,

everyone stopped what they were doing.

Who was this mysterious beauty?

She seemed to float rather than walk.

Her dress sparkled like starlight.

Even her stepsisters didn't recognize her!

The Prince had been bored all evening,

dancing with girl after girl.

But when he saw Cinderella,

his heart skipped a beat.

He walked straight across the ballroom

and bowed deeply before her.

"May I have this dance, beautiful lady?"

the Prince asked, offering his hand.

Cinderella curtsied and placed

her small hand in his.

They began to dance, and it felt

like floating on clouds.

9. A Night to Remember 🌙

The Prince danced every dance with Cinderella.

They waltzed and spun around the floor.

Other girls tried to catch his attention,

but he only had eyes for Cinderella.

They talked and laughed together

as if they had known each other forever.

"What is your name?" asked the Prince.

But before Cinderella could answer,

he continued, "It doesn't matter.

I feel like I've been waiting

my whole life to meet you.

Please say you feel the same way."

Cinderella's heart was so full of joy,

she could hardly speak.

Never in her life had she been so happy.

The Prince was kind and funny and gentle.

She forgot all about her troubles at home.

She even forgot about the time!

Suddenly, the palace clock began to chime.

BONG! BONG! BONG!

Cinderella gasped in horror.

It was midnight! The magic would end!

"I'm sorry, I must go!" she cried.

She pulled away from the Prince's arms.

10. The Glass Slipper 👠

"Wait! Please don't go!" called the Prince.

But Cinderella was already running.

She raced through the ballroom,

her glass slippers clicking on the marble floor.

Ladies gasped as she rushed past.

The Prince ran after her.

Down the grand staircase she fled.

In her hurry, one glass slipper

slipped off her foot.

It tumbled down the stairs with a tinkle.

But Cinderella couldn't stop to get it.

The clock was still chiming!

She leaped into her golden carriage.

"Hurry!" she told the coachman.

The horses galloped away into the night.

Behind her, she heard the Prince calling,

but the clock struck its final chime.

BONG! Midnight had come!

In a flash, everything changed back.

The carriage became a pumpkin again.

The horses turned back into mice.

Cinderella found herself by the road

in her old, raggedy dress.

Only one glass slipper remained.

11. The Search Begins 🔍

The next morning, the kingdom buzzed

with gossip about the mysterious girl.

The Prince had not slept all night.

He held the glass slipper close,

his only clue to finding her.

"I must find her," he declared.

"I will marry the girl whose foot

fits this slipper perfectly,"

announced the Prince to his father.

The King saw how much his son

had fallen in love. He ordered

a kingdom-wide search to begin at once.

The Prince and his servants visited

every house in the kingdom.

Noble ladies and merchant daughters,

baker's girls and farmers' daughters—

everyone tried on the glass slipper.

But it fit no one.

Some feet were too big, some too small.

Some were too wide, some too narrow.

The Prince began to lose hope.

Had the beautiful girl been a dream?

But he refused to give up.

He would search every last house.

12. The Perfect Fit 💖

Finally, they arrived at Cinderella's house.

The stepsisters had been waiting eagerly.

They were certain the Prince

would fall in love with one of them.

"He's here! He's here!" they shrieked,

pushing each other aside.

The first stepsister grabbed the slipper.

She pushed and shoved and squeezed,

but her foot was far too big.

"It must have shrunk!" she wailed.

The second sister snatched it away.

She tried every trick, but failed too.

"Are there any other young ladies here?"

asked the Prince's servant wearily.

"Only Cinderella," sniffed the stepmother.

"But she's just a servant girl.

She wasn't even at the ball."

The stepsisters laughed cruelly.

"The Prince's orders are clear,"

said the servant firmly.

"Every young lady must try."

Cinderella entered the room quietly.

Her stepfamily gasped in shock.

How dare she appear before the Prince!

13. Dreams Come True 🏰

Cinderella sat down gently and extended her foot.

The servant slipped on the glass slipper.

It fit perfectly! Like it was made for her!

Which, of course, it was.

Everyone in the room fell silent,

staring in complete amazement.

Then Cinderella reached into her pocket.

She pulled out the matching glass slipper

and placed it on her other foot.

The stepmother's face turned white.

The stepsisters' mouths hung open.

Could it really be true?

The Prince looked into Cinderella's eyes.

Even in her simple clothes,

he recognized the girl he had danced with.

"It's you!" he exclaimed joyfully.

"I knew I would find you!"

He took her hands in his.

"Will you marry me?" asked the Prince.

"I've loved you since our first dance."

Cinderella's eyes filled with happy tears.

"Yes!" she said, smiling brighter

than the sun. "Nothing would make me

happier than to be your wife."

14. Happily Ever After 👑

The stepmother and stepsisters trembled,

fearing Cinderella's revenge.

After all the cruel things they had done,

surely she would punish them.

But Cinderella's kind heart

had not changed with her fortune.

"I forgive you all," Cinderella said gently.

"You are still my family.

I hope we can start fresh

and be true sisters from now on."

Her kindness melted their cold hearts,

and they wept with shame and gratitude.

The royal wedding was magnificent.

The whole kingdom came to celebrate.

Cinderella wore a dress of pure white silk

with a train that sparkled like snow.

The Prince couldn't stop smiling

as he married his one true love.

As Princess, Cinderella was beloved by all.

She helped the poor and visited the sick.

She and the Prince had many children

who grew up kind and good.

And yes, they really did live

happily ever after.
